Data Migration
Your business data — products, customers, orders, records — is worth more than the software holding it. We move it safely between platforms and systems, so upgrading your tools never means starting from zero.
Data we move
- Product catalogs — hundreds or thousands of products moved between store platforms with images, prices, variants, and categories intact.
- Customer lists and history — contacts, purchase history, and balances moved from old software or spreadsheets into a proper system.
- Excel and paper → system — years of spreadsheets and notebooks cleaned, structured, and imported so they're finally searchable.
- Old software exports — legacy accounting or POS systems that "don't export"? There's almost always a way to get your data out. We find it.
- Website content — pages, posts, and media moved as part of a website migration.
How we keep it safe
Data migration has one rule: nothing gets lost and nothing gets corrupted. We work on copies, never originals; we validate counts and spot-check records after every import; and your old system stays untouched until you've confirmed everything arrived. You get a before-and-after report showing exactly what moved.
Along the way we usually clean as we go — duplicate customers merged, dead products archived, formats standardized — so the new system starts organized instead of inheriting ten years of mess. Tell us what's holding your data and where you want it, and we'll quote the move.
Can my data get lost or corrupted during migration?
Our process is built to make that impossible to miss: we migrate copies, validate record counts, spot-check entries, and keep your original system untouched until you confirm the result. If anything doesn't reconcile, we fix it before switchover.
My old program has no export button. Can you still get the data out?
Usually yes — through database access, report exports, or in stubborn cases structured extraction. Legacy Lebanese POS and accounting systems are a specialty; send us a screenshot of what you're using and we'll tell you what's possible.
